Appearance Black beer with copper and ruby reflections. Generous and rocky crown of dark beige foam.
Taste Intense flavour dominated by the sensorial contribution of the malts. The initial sweetness gives way to a bitter toast balanced by a slight acid note.

  • Vegetables and legumes: warm salads of sautéed mushrooms or beets, accompanied with soft cheeses such as O Cebreiro or goat rolled cheese.

  • Poultry: cooked using spicy and complex preparations, for example chicken curry.
