
A dark beer full of flavour and character. We use the sensory fullness of the malts and hops, but we forget about the alcohol. Brewing beer is easy for us, brewing a 00 beer like this is a Masters’ challenge.

Black beer with copper and ruby reflections. Generous and rocky crown of dark beige foam.
Taste
Intense flavour dominated by the sensorial contribution of the malts. The initial sweetness gives way to a bitter toast balanced by a slight acid note.

Aroma
The initial aroma of roasted malts, reminiscent of smoke, wood and coffee, opens the doors to subtle notes of caramel and cocoa. Moderate floral and hoppy profile.

Pairing
- Vegetables and legumes: warm salads of sautéed mushrooms or beets, accompanied with soft cheeses such as O Cebreiro or goat rolled cheese.
- Fish and shellfish: natural or steamed bivalves (mussels, cockles, clams …). Pickled blue fish (mackerel, horse mackerel, tuna …).
- Poultry: cooked using spicy and complex preparations, for example chicken curry.
